That's why we take extra care in packaging and shipping every order with the utmost security and attention to detail. All orders are shipped with full insurance coverage and discreet packaging to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Free)
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
- Cost: Complimentary on all orders
- Coverage: All serviceable pin codes across India
- Tracking: Full tracking available from dispatch to delivery
Express Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
- Cost: ₹299 (Free on orders above ₹1,00,000)
- Coverage: Metro cities and select Tier-1 cities
- Tracking: Real-time tracking with SMS and email updates
Same-Day Delivery
- Availability: Select cities only (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad)
- Cost: ₹999
- Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 12 PM
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation
- Custom or made-to-order pieces may require 7-14 business days for crafting before shipping
- Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched
Packaging & Security
Every piece of jewellery is packaged with premium care:
- Gift Box: Every item comes in our signature luxury gift box
- Tamper-Proof Seal: All packages are sealed with tamper-evident tape
- Discreet Packaging: No external markings reveal the contents or value
- Bubble Wrap Protection: Additional cushioning for delicate pieces
- Documentation: BIS hallmark certificate, IGI diamond grading report, and invoice enclosed
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured against:
- Loss during transit
- Damage during handling
- Theft during delivery
In the unlikely event of any issue, we will either replace the item or provide a full refund. Please report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Delivery Process
- Signature Required: All jewellery deliveries require the recipient's signature
- ID Verification: For orders above ₹50,000, government-issued photo ID may be required at delivery
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- Safe Drop: Safe drop is not available for jewellery shipments — personal handover only
- Address Change: You may request a delivery address change before the order is dispatched by contacting customer support
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within India
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses
- Deliveries to certain remote areas may take an additional 2-3 business days
- Cash on Delivery is available only for orders under ₹50,000 to verified addresses
Order Tracking
Track your order easily:
- Log in to your account and visit the "Orders" section
- Click "Track Order" next to your order
- You can also track using the tracking link sent via email/SMS
- For real-time assistance, contact our support team
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts:
- The package will be returned to our warehouse
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
- Unclaimed packages will be held for 30 days before a refund is initiated
